Shipping & Returns.
We aim to get products to you as efficiently and reliably as possible.
For delivery within Australia we use Couriers Please. This allows for the quickest possible shipping times, the cheapest rates and peace of mind.
All orders are tracked and will need to be signed for upon delivery. In the absence of a receiver a calling card will be left. It is then the customer’s responsibility to organise another appropriate delivery time with Couriers Please.
Shipping Costs within Australia:
Flat Rate Express Shipping —
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 (for all orders under $100) for next day delivery in Metro Australia areas.
Free Express Shipping —
For orders $100 or more, shipping is FREE OF CHARGE and next day delivery in Metro Australia areas.
For Australian Metro orders received prior to 12pm we aim to have your package ready for shipment and delivery that same day. For Metro orders received after 12pm, we ship and deliver the next business day.
Delivery to rural areas is 3-6 business days. If you live in a rural area, your parcel will be forwarded onto a local courier service. This will appear on your tracking as a delivery event, and should be successfully delivered to you within 24 hours.
Please note in times of peak traffic, delays to estimated shipping times may occur. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, so we will require either a business or private street address.
On dispatch of your order you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number and link to the Couriers Please parcel tracking website.
International Orders —
International shipping is currently not available through our website. We do, however, regularly ship orders all over the world using the AusPost International service.

Public Holidays —
The Downtime Agenda does not ship on Victorian or Australian Public Holidays.
Please choose items carefully. We do not normally give refunds for change of mind.
Where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. We do not accept returns on sale items.
If your order contains a damaged product or is missing an item please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and a description of the item(s).
Any returned items must be received in the original condition they were sent; protected with labeling and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition to:

Returns are to be received by The Downtime Agenda within 14 days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.
